Hello everyone!

I am super new to this whole blogging thing but so many people around me have urged for me to document my journey as I make it through high school and whatever lies ahead. Sometimes it can be a lonely road being visually impaired so I hope that by blogging about my experiences and the creative ways I do things, it can help others who may be dealing with the same life experiences as I am.

One of the main reasons for starting this blog is to keep everyone updated on my upcoming trip to Guide Dog training. I leave tomorrow for a two-week training where I will be receiving a guide dog and learning how to work together as a team. I am absolutely beyond excited for this new chapter in my life and the boundless freedom it will surely bring me. I know it will not be easy but I am up for whatever challenges may come with it.

I am so incredibly thankful for my amazing family and friends that have been so supportive and encouraging. Without them, I certainly would not be the person I am today.
